  1. So far, I have never set my rake down with the teeth upward. If I ever do that, arcane quantum mechanical calculations predict that I will probably step on it soon afterward. The rake’s handle is too short to reach my head, but it could give me a memorable clunk in the junk.

  2. I stepped on a rake once. It was a good bang. When I composed myself, I headed to the garden shed to look in the mirror and estimate the damage, but my young daughter run behind me screaming ‘Don’t look, don’t look!’ Was she right! 🙂
