I sell collectibles and art online and often find the things I've found have hilarious and at times, dark stories to tell. It's thrilling for me to be creatively random, so always expect the unexpected in the things I share with you.
It’s a wonderful haiku as ever, Rose. Very powerfully written. It makes me realize how tough it is being a tiger, though. When my hunger growls, I go the the refrigerator.
The blue striped Bengal tiger is very rare!

For some reason “Maneater” by Hall & Oates started playing in my head. I hope she gets a good meal and doesn’t fill up on bread.

I love that song! I don’t think tigers eat bread unless they’re deer or gazelle buns. 😀

Your words (as always) are eloquent. “Hunger growls” is exactly it! And your illustration is mysterious and vibrant. Love the eyes. ❤

Wow…blue and orange…the colour combo seems fitting with the haiku. A cool, fiery tiger… 🙂 You are so talented, Rose…wonderful drawing… ❤

The orange and blue combo was kind of an accident, so I’m glad you liked it! You’re such a sweetheart, Mani. Thank you!💐💝

Ha! Yes, we are lucky not to have to hide in tall grass and pounce at our prey. Ah, you always make me smile, BunK. xo

Love it! Me and my red velvet cake ;( But seriously, it is such a message – wild animals wait until they are hungry before they decide to strike.

Haha! Red velvet cake is yummy. So true, Inese — another wonderful lesson animals teach us. xo
