Chaos

fullsizerender-2
Collage Art by Poet Rummager

Chaos thrives on confusion –

the virulent tentacles tighten

around ones brain; creating

tumors of malevolence

from

which

one

can’t

escape.

    • Last week, there was so much anger and heartache regarding our country’s turmoil. It’s wearing many down. I’m glad for your visits and kind words, Og 🙂

Thank you so much. The collage is quite thick, and the found images were mounted on a page from a 120 year old photo album. It’s quite small; about 5″ x 4″. I’d like to mail it to you?

I know you have a new story on your blog, and I’m on my way there in a few minutes. 🙂

  1. I just watched the news….and realized that it has been made legal….the prevention of people from 7 middle east countries to enter US…it is really difficult not to be mad about it..

My prayers and thoughts are with you all there
    ..

And ohh this is the best piece of art work i ‘ve seen ever from you..

  2. In the slang of some years ago, a drug addict would lament having “a monkey on my back”. The composed chaos of the striking image suggests a similar description for the bewildered anguish of those who are sane and decent when they contemplate the Age of Trumpery. I have a duck on my head.

    • Oooh, Mel, that’s an amazing phrase you just made up — I love it! That makes sense; especially because Trump is a quack of a president 😀 😀

I haven’t forgotten about your haiku poems. We’ll post those this month.

  3. Love your collage! Petula is adding to chaos, obviously 😉 You are right, it is difficult to escape these tumors, but … if I get infested, I will think of Petula and know that everything will work out in the end 🙂
