I rarely like the men in your poems. They’re a rogues gallery. Actually – that’s given me an idea – thank you Rose!

A pity since the men in my poems are usually inspired by you! 😀💋

Ha ha! I am a bit of a creep, but my incredible eyes are irresistible. I don’t have a picture of them on my profile because they are too dangerous. Secret’s out!

Ya! Everyone would be drowning in your pools, so good call. 😀

The interesting thing about this haiku can be found in the interpretation. This could be a murder scene; heartless, cold and calculating OR a love scene where a person drowns in the emotions of overwhelming love. Reminds me of the picture where two different objects can be seen depending on the angle you view it. Very cool!

I love your point of view! Yes, I know about those pictures you mention. I believe Mellow C. Had a post about those cool pics. Thank you for your valuable input 😘

I was more intrigued than amused, because your great poem relates to the story I’m dedicating to you (I won’t use your name if you don’t want me to, and I’m over-selling it.) When I get it done…

What I meant to say is when I finally finish writing the story, I hope you’ll like it.

Hmm. I wonder if this story has legs or just a mouth 😘. I’m kidding… Kind of 😜 No rush! Of course, use my name — that’s what makes it so much fun.

Half of it is true, the rest fiction; it came to me in a dream, but reminded me of your writing, which I love to read. I wish I could write half as well as you.

Dreams can help inspire the best works. Puhlease!!! You are a talented writer — no one half-assed gets my attention. But go on, you can keep saying nice things about me. I won’t interrupt you again 🙂

Now I know this poem is clearly about James Bond’s better-looking, suaver brother, but to me he sounds like an insufferable bighead. Anyway, while he’s enjoying watching her struggling to breath in those Gulf of Mexico-size eyes of his, I’ve secretly called the coast guard. Hee hee hee.
(Incidentally, this comment is in no way motivated by jealousy at his being irresistible to women while I’m utterly resistible and a baghead.)

Oh my gosh!!’ You are so funny; I had to excuse myself and change my pants😜😃😀. Yes, this 007 wannabe is quite insufferable. Come on! You’re fishing again — you know how I adore your bag head; which is very irresistible. 💓

I was clearly so emotionally distraught by his big-headedness, I couldn’t even summon up the strength to put that final “e” on breathe.
I must admit, I was fishing for compliments a bit. Thank you for your nice comments about my bag head. I am rather proud of it since I consider it my best feature. 🙂

Have a blast. Try to get an invite to an Indian, you will love it. Usually festivals mean Vegetarian food. No meat/fish etc.

I would love to be invited to a festival, but I’m a carnivore! If I’m ever invited to a vegetarian party, I’ll try to remember to leave my fangs at home 🙂

It is more than beautiful 🙂 Why is a silly haiku?
LikeLiked by 1 person
It’s a silly haiku, dear Monica, because you can read the words as meaning that the man is amused by the woman who is falling in love with him, or he’s actually watching her drown, and her distress is reflected in his eyes. Thank you for your compliment! 💓 🙂

I know what you say, Rose 🙂 But still… It is beautiful even if is about love cruelty 😦
